Healing from the inside out, connecting with the better version of yourself.
I started my journey studying psychology when I was 18 years old. At the same time, I found the different healing potential and wisdom of Yoga and Vedanta, and I joined an Ashram (traditional school) to begin my life purpose, connecting and blending the traditions of the East with the knowledge of the West.
Through these years, I kept specializing in psychology and psychotherapy. As a result, I completed a Master's Degree in Clinical psychology and mental health and a Master's degree in Forensic Psychology, which gave me a better understanding of how to work with clients.
After that, I got different Diplomas and Postgraduate in transpersonal psychology, trauma-informed intervention, complementary therapy and sexology, which allowed me to be more adaptive to individual needs in my work within this arena.
I am a member of the BACP and the BPS. I have spent the last eight years working with children and adults in the UK who experience Complex trauma and PTSD as part of community and individual interventions.
That same passion for knowledge took me on a journey around different countries in South America and Asia, living in diverse intentional communities and Ashrams. You can read more about me here.
As a practitioner, I am aware that healing is not just acknowledging what has happened to us or what has been projected and passed onto us. Instead, it comes from our ability to process those life experiences with the aim of integrating them with the current Self.
That is why I prefer to work with a bespoke and person centered approach in which the needs and pace of the client are paramount in the process. And my end target is to enable and empower the client to promote long-lasting change in their lives.
I work with the framework of contemporary psychology and psychotherapy integrated with techniques derived from traditional wisdom.
The style and use of the different approaches will be decided and discussed with the client as part of the tailored and personalized intervention during the initial consultation. In this way, I promote an active role in my clients and a sense of empowerment and agency, which will support the therapeutic rapport and their sense of safety within the process.
The work will imply accessing the shadows or unseen aspects of the different issues raised by the client, as well as working with the embodiment and root of the problem within the physical body.
This intervention will benefit anyone suffering from developmental trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, excessive fears and panic, low self-esteem, self-destructive tendencies, existential crisis, or a need for personal and spiritual development.
Sessions time varies between person and service. One-hour sessions on psychotherapy or shamanic healing cost £50, increasing to £70 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. For group sessions, such as ceremonies, despachos or group healing, we can establish the price after setting the expectations for the service. Clinical supervision prices oscillate between £30 an hour and £40 for 1h 30 minutes.
I am open to affordable sessions based on donations. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to work with the dark side of our unconscious despite our economic situation.
Please, send me a message to discuss it further. You can also book online using the button below.
