I was doubting what to write this week for this blog, as it has become a representation of my own path and spiritual work. Many things I could write about over this week, themes around sacred feminine, the importance of friendship and community, the positive impact of flow and creativity on mental health… And at the end, in a way, I was trying to encapsulate my own experience holding women circles over the last couple of years.
This initiative was born out of a need to share the awesomeness and incredible wisdom held by the beautiful female friends in my life. Over the years, I got to appreciate more and more the nurturing and humbleness of the women in my life. Friends who had been slowly coming into my life, forming a very important support network and a great opportunity to grow as a human.
The idea to bring them together and get to meet each other was strong, not just because I felt that expanding our network was important but also because to be able to share our experiences and knowledge, our joy and sorrows together was also important. It was about creating a space where everyone could be genuine and feel held and embraced in a circle of understanding and nurture.
The years have passed, and the circles kept expanding and growing, where friends of friends are invited to share and connect and where our small community of wise, strong and brave women is growing into a safe, nurturing and solid network.
I feel so blessed and deeply grateful for this journey of connecting with the female from a place of love, respect, admiration and openness. And I hope that these events keep growing with the sessions and the years, bringing an opportunity for my dear sisters and friends to feel, as I do, the deep embrace of their hearts, willing to receive and feel with each other, ready to open to the acceptance and love that is created in these magical moments.
