What began as a small gathering among friends β a circle of women seeking connection, conversation, and warmth β has grown into something much deeper and more enduring.
Womanhood / Sisterhood was born from a simple wish: to create a space where women and dear friends could meet with open hearts, away from the noise and expectations of daily life. Over time, it has become a recurrent gathering, held each spring and autumn, where we come together to express our womanhood, share memories, honour our stories, and witness each otherβs wisdom.
It is a space of listening and laughter, of tears and transformation β a space where we can arrive exactly as we are.
πΏ A Circle of Reciprocity and Openness
At the heart of Womandood / Sisterhood lies the principle of reciprocity β giving and receiving in equal measure.
Every voice matters. Every story finds a place.
Through sharing, we have created a living network β a web of support that nourishes our physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
It is not just an event, but a rhythm, a beat that accompanies us throughout the year, reminding us that we are never alone in our journeys.
In these gatherings, we honour all aspects of ourselves: the nurturer, the warrior, the seeker, the wise one.
Here, women stand not in comparison, but in solidarity β as mothers, sisters, priestesses, gatherers, and wise women united by understanding, care, and strength.
πΈ A Space that Sustains Us
Each gathering leaves an imprint β a feeling of groundedness, strength, and belonging that carries us through the months that follow.
Womandood / Sisterhood has become a sacred pause in the flow of our complex lives β a place where we reconnect with the essence of who we are and with the collective wisdom of all who came before us.
It is a reminder that when women gather in authenticity and love, something ancient and healing comes alive β a remembering of our shared humanity and our deep-rooted feminine spirit.
π₯ Honouring the Dark Goddesses
This autumn, our circle turns toward the shadows β to honour the dark goddesses who dwell in the underworlds of our human experience.
We will invite them into our sacred space, asking what we need and what we deserve for the winter months ahead.
These goddesses β fierce, protective, and ancient β represent the warrior mothers and wise feminine energies that have long been silenced by patriarchal traditions.
In honouring them, we reclaim the forgotten parts of ourselves β our courage, our passion, our power.
We will ask them to roar through us, to awaken the fire that fuels transformation, healing, and renewal.
β¨ Closing Reflection
As we move into this season of reflection and rest, may the dark goddesses guide us inward β toward the truths we need to see, the courage we need to claim, and the wisdom we are ready to embody.
In sisterhood, we rise β again and again.
