Believing in synchronicity and the law of attraction always helps when you are on this challenging but rather adventurous journey of spirituality. When I started to wonder about what else was in the world beyond my little village in Spain at the tender age of 12, I began to dive into ancient wisdom and Easter traditions, looking for something that I didn't even know what it was but so hungry an eager to learn and discover. I started on the shamanic path when I was 16 years of age, somehow by synchronicity, as there were so many that they were meant to come over the years. I was fascinated by the books of Carlos Castaneda and his encounters with Don Juan (barely my parent knew of this new discovery that would change my life), and it was not until later on that I met with Hinduism at the age of 17. I always consider myself a very lucky and fortunate person because I have been gifted with many teachers and teachings, moments of realisation, and signs on the way that helped me through the process of finding my own path. Little did I know back when I was 15 that at the age of 40, I would still be involved and entangled in this incredible matrix that is life beyond the paradigm that has been set for our society at this moment and time.
Aspects of Hinduism and Shamanism have been at the very core of my practice since that young age, but other traditions have also been integrated throughout the process. This blog will be unfolding reflections and teachings that I have been gifted throughout the years because I believe that in sharing, we create a ripple effect that can change the very basis of our existence. I hope the gentle reader finds use and joy in these words. Until the next; your humble host, YV.
