I lived and studied in India, Nepal and Thailand in my journeys through Asia. However, I spend a long time in India due to my love and devotion to its culture, knowledge and spiritual philosophy. So, as part of my formation, I studied philosophy, Yoga, Tantra and meditation, obtaining many varieties of Yoga teacher training with the Sivananda Yoga School and Shri Gnanananda Niketan.
My time in South America brought me back to the roots of the ancient knowledge of the Andes, working and living in Chile and Peru. But it was not until recently that I retook that path of wisdom, completing the Temenos Touch training with Evelyn Brodie and George Christie.
This shamanic approach is subtended in the lineage from the Q'ero tribe in Peru- from Don Manuel Quispe, Don Sebastian Pauccar, Don Francisco Chura Flores, to Dr Alberto Villoldo (The Four Winds) to Lila Hammond to Evelyn Brodie and from her passed to me.
Now on my forties I am committed to the same purpose, to keep learning, integrating and evolving as a human with the aim of uniting these marvelous ancient traditions with the most recent discoveries in neuroscience and the science of psychology.
